Any hire is subject to our Terms & Conditions of Hire, which we provide to you in full before you book. A booking becomes binding only when we issue a written Booking Confirmation and you accept those terms.

Our Terms & Conditions of Hire are confidential to the parties to each hire. Please do not publish or share them beyond your organisation and advisers.

All hires are subject to availability, our approval of each driver, and satisfactory insurance and identity checks. We may decline any enquiry at our discretion.

Prices shown on the website, if any, are guide prices only, are inclusive of VAT as stated, and may change. The price you pay is the price in your written quote.

Our services are intended mainly for business customers, including production companies, agencies, publishers and brands. If you are enquiring as a private individual, please say so, as different legal rights may apply to you.

Photographs may be of the same model rather than the exact vehicle, and colours may look different on screen. Specification, trim, mileage and options may vary.

Performance figures are manufacturer figures or estimates and are not a promise of how a vehicle will perform.

Vehicles shown may not be available on your dates, and we may change our fleet at any time.

If an exact vehicle, colour or specification matters to your shoot or feature, tell us when you enquire so we can confirm it in writing.

Vehicle manufacturer names, badges and logos shown on this website belong to their owners. Their appearance does not mean the manufacturer endorses or is connected with us, unless we say so.

Use the website in any way that breaks the law or is fraudulent, including submitting false identity or driver details.

Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its server or any connected database, or attack it through a denial-of-service or similar attack.

Introduce viruses, malware or other harmful material.

Scrape, harvest or copy content or data by automated means, including to train AI models, without our written permission.

Send unsolicited marketing or spam through our contact forms.

Frame or mirror any part of the website on another site.

You may view, download and print pages for your own reference, including to share internally when planning a hire.

You must not use any of our photographs or video in any publication, advertisement, mood board shared publicly, social media post or other commercial use without our written permission. Many images are licensed from photographers and may not be reused.

You must not use our name, logo or trade marks in a way that suggests a connection with or endorsement by us.

Do not send sensitive documents (such as driving licence images) through general enquiry forms. We will send you a secure method when driver approval is needed.

If you submit a review or testimonial, you grant us a free, non-exclusive licence to publish it, with your first name and company, on our website and social channels. We may edit it for length but not to change its meaning. We will remove it on request.

Any testimonials on this website are genuine and from real customers. We do not publish fake or incentivised reviews without disclosing that.

Comments on our social media pages are subject to the platform’s own terms. We may remove any content that is offensive, unlawful or misleading.

Nothing excluded that cannot be. We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Business users. If you use the website for business, we are not liable for any loss of profit, revenue, business, opportunity or goodwill, or any indirect or consequential loss, arising from use of or reliance on the website, even if foreseeable.

Consumers. If you are a consumer, we only provide the website for domestic and private use. We are not liable for any business losses you may suffer through it.

Viruses. We are not liable for loss caused by viruses or other harmful material that may infect your device through use of the website. Please use your own virus protection.

Any liability relating to a vehicle hire is governed solely by our Terms & Conditions of Hire.
